1. Who we are

MORE (“MORE”, “we”, “us”) operates morefund.club, a founder community currently in a validation stage. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, MORE is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at any time at hello@morefund.club.

2. Data we collect

• Founder registrations: first name, last name, email address, email verification status and timestamp, company name, a description of what you are building, startup stage, industry, country, city, the types of value you selected, your free-text response, marketing consent status, referral code, referral source and signup timestamp.
• Partner and supporter enquiries: name, email, company or organisation, title, selected interest categories and any notes you provide.
• Technical data: standard server logs generated when you load the site, used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment details. MORE does not accept application fees, donations or investment through this website.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To operate the founder community, count verified founders and prevent duplicate or fraudulent signups — legitimate interests.
• To send you the email confirmation required to complete your registration — performance of your request.
• To send you updates and opportunities from MORE — your consent, confirmed through double opt-in. You may withdraw it at any time.
• To respond to partner and supporter enquiries — legitimate interests.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our database and infrastructure and deliver our email, acting under contract on our instructions, and where required by law. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep registration data for as long as you remain part of the MORE community, and delete or anonymise it within 12 months of your deletion request or of the community being discontinued, unless we must retain it for legal reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@morefund.club and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security and children

We use access-controlled, encrypted-in-transit storage and restrict who can read registration data. MORE is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where required, notify registered founders by email.
